This is a spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house with a swimming pool that is located in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees. Besides squirrels and regular birds, we've been visited by big owls and sandhill cranes that give you the feeling of not leaving the relaxing lanai. We offer free Wi-Fi internet. This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only. Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. The pool and hot tub can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Hot tub can be heated daily, pool heating is 3 night minimum. No more than 3 cars per reservation.
